Shalom

Beth Am Sanctuary Welcome to Beth Am, an urban, egalitarian congregation affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. Beth Am balances traditional prayer and learning with innovative and intellectual critique.

We strive to be, in Isaiah's words, "a house of prayer for all peoples." Our roughly 500 member-households come from a wide range of backgrounds. Beth Am's warmth, its open embrace of children, and its pluralism make it a place so comfortable that many members say it "feels like home."

We invite you to learn more about us.
