Beth Am is a welcoming and safe space for Jews of all races, ethnicities, sexual identities and gender identities. Members of Beth Am are active leaders in the national Jews of Color Mishpacha Project and in the local physical and online network for Jews of Color that acts as a coalition across congregations and connects Jews of Color outside of synagogue affiliations. Beth Am supports the coalition’s efforts to move the dial in our community from welcoming to belonging. Additionally, the Beth Am Rainbow Circle, our LGBTQ+ congregant-led affinity group, plans programming for our LGBTQ+ members and friends.
